ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the global marketing master plan and strategy to expand Company Branded Business which includes.
  • Provide strategic thinking, and good business judgment in all aspects of marketing for the brand including market expansion, product development, packaging, communication, media, PR, etc.
  • Execute and follow up marketing programs according to master plan of marketing.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate changes in plans to achieve optimal results.
  • Coordinate with cross functional team to drive market growth through new product launch or new business development.
  • Oversee proper brand management, which included brand guideline, brand awareness survey and brand health check.
  • Work closely with management team for clearly branding and marketing executions.
  • Undertake other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.

QUALIFICATION

  • Master or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of Brand Marketing and new product development experience in FMCG business is required
  • Strong business development skill and Marketing background with experience in managing and bringing a brand to market awareness, planning business and marketing plan, strong product knowledge for development depend on marketing demand.
  • Global or regional experience is required
  • Able to work under high pressure with leadership skill
  • Fluency in Thai and English
  • Having experience in AC Nielsen data analysis and report is a plus
